Firm partner James Fein has been representing the injured in Tucson for more than 38 years.  Mr. Fein is certified  by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in wrongful death and personal injury matters. Mr. Fein has served as the past president of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and has received numerous awards throughout his career related to his legal work.  He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is licensed to practice before all state courts in Arizona and the US District Court for the District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit US Court of Appeals.

As a longtime Arizona lawyer, I’ve had the privilege of representing many people who have been injured due to the wrongful or negligent acts of others.  In addition to recovering damages on behalf of our firm clients, a benefit of our firm is that we often seek to bring to light the negligent acts of others so that these actions will hopefully not be repeated in the future, and thus other members of our society will not be harmed.

Our firm clients are more than just cases to us.  Our clients are real people, who often have not only been injured, but who often face significant and painful recovery from their injuries.  At the same time, clients often face significant disruption in their life, such as extended leave from work and sometimes the loss of a job because of their injuries.  As a result, injuries can often cause significant financial hardship not only on the person insured, but also on their family.

We understand.

We are with clients during every aspect of their case.  We know that any case often takes significant time, many times more than a year, and we are there to help take the stress off of our clients during this process.

If you’ve been injured, I would invite you to call us at 547-7940 so that we can learn about your case, and so that you can learn about our firm and how we may be able to represent you. There is no fee, and there is no obligation to use our firm.  If we accept your case, there would be no fees unless and until we recover for you. Although we cannot guarantee results, we do promise that we will use our utmost effort and fight for all that you deserve.
