Tucson Personal Injury Lawyer Joey Flynn

Joey Flynn has been representing the injured since 1993. Ms. Flynn’s practice includes representing those who have been injured by nursing home negligence and abuse, elder abuse, serious personal injury (including wrongful death) arising from car and truck accidents, or other accidents, and product liability.

Ms. Flynn is fluent in Spanish, and majored in Latin American studies and Iberian studies. She often represents those whose primary language is Spanish and personal injury matters.

As a personal injury attorney, I am deeply committed to representing clients and helping them get the full measure of damages to which they may be entitled. I am particularly committed to representing those who are vulnerable, including the elderly, those who suffer from mental disorders, children, and others similarly situated.

I take these matters personally. Particularly with respect to those who are vulnerable, our society as a whole suffers whenever these individuals are taken advantage of or neglected. I and our firm give them a voice for justice. When the least able amongst us are taken advantage of or neglected, we as a society are impaired, particularly as all of us could one day be in a vulnerable position.

Much of my practice concerns representing those who have been injured in nursing homes and care facilities. Not only do I work hard to update just compensation for our clients, but in doing so, we hope that litigation serves to make important points concerning how those who are vulnerable deserve to be treated.

If you or a family member has been injured, please call me. I would invite you to visit with me for a free, no-risk consultation, so that I can learn about your case, and so that you can have the opportunity to find out how we may be able to help. You will not be under any obligation to use our firm, and if we represent you, there are no fees unless and until we recover for you.
